We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-made, personalised and final-sale pieces are not eligible. If an item arrives damaged or you suspect a manufacturing defect, please contact Client Services within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we’ll be happy to assist.

Every piece is backed by a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, structural failures, or issues with gemstone settings. Accidental damage, normal wear, tarnish/oxidation, chemical exposure, lost parts, stretched elastic, or third-party repairs are not covered.

Even after the warranty period we can often repair or restore a beloved piece; costs depend on the work required—just send us a photo and description for a quote.

All transactions are processed through certified third-party providers, and we never store your card details.

Prices are shown in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. They may change without notice due to fluctuations in metal or gemstone prices. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Handmade in .925 sterling silver with carefully selected natural gemstones. Slight variations in colour, texture, or shape are inherent to artisanal production and natural materials—they are not defects but part of each piece’s unique character.
