We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-made, personalised and final-sale pieces are not eligible. If an item arrives damaged or you suspect a manufacturing defect, please contact Client Services within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we’ll be happy to assist.

Every piece is backed by a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, structural failures, or issues with gemstone settings. Accidental damage, normal wear, tarnish/oxidation, chemical exposure, lost parts, stretched elastic, or third-party repairs are not covered.

Even after the warranty period we can often repair or restore a beloved piece; costs depend on the work required—just send us a photo and description for a quote.

All transactions are processed through certified third-party providers, and we never store your card details.
